It all begins when you ...

... notify NHG of your need for an interim leader. After researching our extensive network, we will present to you, usually within just a few days, a credentials packet on each candidate with qualifications matching your specifications.

Each candidate submitted to you will be profiled by:
  • Resume
  • Managerial, professional references
  • Confirmed education
  • Verified licensure, if appropriate
  • Confirmation that the candidate is not listed as a sanctioned individual by the Office of the Inspector General, Department of Health and Human Services

You select the candidate who best matches the needs of your organization.
